ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00 (before taxes) QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING*, this includes residential addresses and business addresses, and there is no extra charge for residential deliveries. All sales under $100.00 (before taxes) will be a flat rate of $25.00 to anywhere in Canada and The U.S, local pick up is available across the United States and Canada. Primary shipping method is through Canada Post. 
 

Returns

If you need to return your product(s) due to an error by AdventNorth or an error on the website, you will be fully refunded for your purchase and AdventNorth will arrange for the pickup of the product(s), once AdventNorth has the products and has thoroughly checked the product to ensure the product(s) is in its original condition and there is no fault to the purchaser, the full refund will be given. AdventNorth will accept returns up to 30 calender days after receipt. 
 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order for any reason you must call Customer Service at 1-905-638-2738 during normal business hours 8:30am-5:30pm EST, Mon-Fri. Emailing customer service will not stop your order from being shipped. In the event your order has shipped, please refer to Refunds and Restocking Fees above.
